Payments & Additional Charges

All prices are payable in UAE Dirhams. Payment can be done VIA credit card or cash.

Pre Authorization Procedure

Pre authorization will be blocked on a valid credit card.

Delivery & Collections Charges for Daily and weekly customer:

Free for Monthly customer:

• Within City Limits: AED : 100 for pick up and drop off
• Inter Emirates : AED : 150 per pick up or drop off

Salik Charges

Salik will be charged at AED 5 per crossing are subject to change without any prior notice.

Fines

Knowledge fees and 10% of administration charges will be applied on each fine incurred by the hirer.

Required documents for hiring vehicle:

U.A.E Residents

• Copy of valid UAE driving license.
• Passport copy with the valid resident visa page
• Copy of valid Emirates ID
• A valid credit card copy front side.

Please note that driving without a Valid UAE driving license when you are on residence visa is a violation of the LAW.

Non – Residents

• A valid credit card
• Valid International Driving License
• A valid Passport with the visa entry stamp
• Tourists from all GCC Countries, US, Canada, Japan, Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Finland, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Netherlands, Greece, Sweden, Romania, Belgium, Ireland, Turkey, Denmark, Portugal, Austria, France, Great Britain, Norway, Luxembourg, Republic of China are permitted to drive with their respective local driving license.

Please note the UAE Driving License should be at least 12 months old to avail the CDW. Also, under all the above a police report is mandatory

Violation of Law

The insurance does not cover any accidents / damages if the vehicle has been driven under the influence of alcohol / drugs or used for racing, off-road driving and towing or any other activity considered against the UAE law. In any such violation, driver is responsible to pay for the full damage charges.

Age Restrictions

Minimum age requirement for driving rented vehicles is 21 years.

Vehicle Impounding

If the vehicle is impounded by the authorities for any violation the customer will be liable to pay both the Impounding charges and loss of rental to BHRC.

Baby Seats

We recommend that the baby seats are pre-booked to ensure availability.

Geographical Limits

Vehicle can be driven within the geographical boundaries of UAE only
